This Thai Orange Ginger Chicken is savory with fresh orange, cilantro and a bit of chili kick. It's made with our Thai Orange Ginger Relish which is a combination of fresh orange, fresh carrots, chili, cilantro, roasted red pepper, Thai spices and lime. It's not a sticky sweet orange sauce, it's more savory with a touch of sweetness, chili heat and citrus tang. It's delicious over a bed of ginger soy rice and can be served family style.

*I always always follow the instructions on the packet when making rice. Because cooking times vary I suggest just following packet directions.
Arrange ginger soy rice on platter top with Thai orange ginger chicken thighs, sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve.
You can always swap out the rice for cauliflower rice as well
