Korean Gochujang Glazed Salmon
Salmon quickly pan seared, glazed with our Korean Raspberry Gochujang BBQ Sauce and set under the broiler for a few minutes until nicely caramelized. Serve with steamed snow peas or green beans. I can almost guarantee this will become one of your favorite ways to eat salmon from now on. It was gooooood.
Korean Gochujang Glazed Salmon
Ingredients:
Salmon Fillets
Olive Oil
Wozz! Korean Raspberry Gochujang BBQ Sauce
Snap Peas, Snow Peas or Green Beans (steam and serve with salmon or as a side dish)
Method:
1. Turn oven broiler on.
2. In a cast iron skillet on medium high heat, add olive oil, when pan is nice and hot, pan sear salmon on one side for 3-4 minutes.
3. Once browned flip salmon fillets over and glaze with Wozz! Korean Raspberry Gochujang BBQ Sauce.
4. Transfer cast iron skillet to oven and broil for approximately 2-3 minutes, until salmon is cooked through per your liking and glaze is nicely caramelized. Remove and serve with steamed green beans or snow peas.
