Introduction

Relax, if you love your chili hot but you also need superb flavor, this is it.  Our Super Hot Chili Sambal is an 8/10 on the heat scale.  Fans have testified it is the perfect heat. A balance of fresh birds eye chilis, sweetened lemon, ginger, garlic and the umami of fish sauce makes this a much more versatile condiment than the usual vinegar based chili sauces out there. Serve on the side for those who want an extra kick to breakfast, lunch or dinner.  Customers rave it's the best sambal they've tasted.

Get Creative!

Chili Shrimp or Calamari: seasoned with salt and pepper, saute in non stick pan, deglaze with 1/2 cup of lime juice. Add 1 tablespoon of Super Hot Chilli Sambal, a knob of butter, finish with herbs. Serve over rice or with salad.

Spicy Chicken Marinade:
Marinade chicken for 3 hours in a marinade of Super Hot Sambal, a dash of soy and toasted sesame seed oil. Lemon juice fresh coriander/cilantro then grill.

 Spoon our Sambal over eggs, burgers, add to your spaghetti sauce or ketchup, anywhere you want some extra heat!

Add our Super Hot Chili Sambal to any stir fry for some extra heat and flavor.  Remember a little goes a long way!!


Mezze Plate: A teaspoon in olive oil, along a side of hummus and grilled crusty bread.

Thai stone fruit salsa: Remove stone and chopped fruit, teaspoon of Super Hot Chilli Sambal, chopped chives, coriander, lime juice and a little sugar. Allow 1 hour for flavors to infuse. Spoon over duck, lamb, chicken, fish or salad or serve with pita or tortilla chips.
