This Thai Orange Ginger Chicken is savory with fresh orange pop, cilantro and a bit of chili kick. It's delicious over a bed of ginger soy rice and can be served family style.
Thai Orange Ginger Chicken with Ginger Soy Rice
Recipe for Thai Orange Chicken:
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Add Wozz! Thai Orange Ginger Relish to a bowl and toss with chicken, let sit for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Remove chicken from marinade, wiping off any bits of marinade and leave marinade in the bowl. Set aside.
In a large oven proof skillet on medium high heat, add avocado oil and sear chicken on each side for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side, until each side is golden brown.
Toss leftover marinade with the chicken in skillet and bake in oven for 20 minutes.
Recipe for Ginger Soy Rice:
In a medium sauce pan boil 2 cups of water with pinch of salt. Add 1 cup of Jasmine rice, bring to boil, then turn heat onto low and cook for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and let sit covered for an additional 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Add approx 1/3 cup Wozz! Ginger Soy Infusion Dressing.

Arrange ginger soy rice on platter top with thai orange ginger chicken thighs, sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve.
