Sweet Chili Orange Sesame Sauce and Marinade
Fresh orange, sweet chili and toasty sesame come together in this sauce that is absolutely stunning on salmon and shrimp. We use this sauce to glaze salmon under the broiler, to add to shrimp stir-fry's and as a dipping sauce for fried seafood. It's also delicious as a dressing over a shrimp and noodle salad.

North African Chermoula Sauce and Marinade
Chermoula is a bold lemony Moroccan marinade handcrafted with preserved lemon, cilantro and spices including cumin, coriander, garlic and saffron. This traditional Moroccan seafood marinade is commonly used on whole fish or in fish tagines with tomatoes, potatoes and herbs. We often use our North African Chermoula to marinade white fish including tilapia, cod, haddock, sea bass and halibut. You can use this sauce in a variety of ways; as a marinade, as a pan sauce with a swirl of butter and as an addition to fresh chopped cilantro and onion to make a fresh green chermoula salsa to spoon atop your fish.

Jamaican Jerk Pineapple Chutney and Simmer Sauce
We bring all your Caribbean favorites together for a gourmet pineapple chutney and simmer sauce that is full of sweetness, Jerk heat, peppery ginger, fresh mint and aromatic spices. Our Jamaican Jerk Pineapple Chutney makes a delicious tropical salsa to spoon over seafood, blackened fish and grilled meats. Delicious over fish tacos or atop grilled mahi mahi. You can also mix this pineapple chutney for a tropical style rice to serve with pan fried fish or grilled shrimp.
