Our Thai Orange Ginger Savory Relish is bright, spicy and full of tang! Its a delicious medley of in house freshly pickled carrot, 100% orange juice, peppery ginger, spices, cilantro and chili and is one of our most complex offerings. The clash of sweet sour pickle and Thai spice is as delicious on baked fish, grilled shrimp, pulled pork and chicken as it is as a sandwich pickle for wraps, burgers and Banh Mi. Our Thai Orange Ginger Relish makes a wonderful savory sauce on duck and lamb and can be used to season fish fillets and braised chicken. Add to a carrot soup or to a Thai Red Curry sauce for a tangy twist. A terrific gourmet relish to spoon atop grilled chicken, wraps or turkey burgers and with only 2 g sugar per tablespoon, it's a healthy choice when eating clean. Add a little fresh lime, oil and herbs for a zingy ginger carrot salad dressing.
