Kasundi Remoulade Sauce

A quick and easy creamy tangy remoulade sauce that pairs perfectly with so many dishes from fried green tomatoes and corn fritters to fried shrimp, burgers and crab cakes.

Ingredients

1/4 Cup Wozz! Spicy Tomato Kasundi Sauce
2/3 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Juice of Lemon
1 Tbs Chopped Dill Pickles
1 Tbs Fresh Chopped Scallions
1 Tbs Fresh Chopped Parsley
Splash of Hot Sauce (as desired - we used our Serrano Cilantro Lime Hot Sauce but whatever you have on hand - a Louisiana style hot sauce is also a favorite)

Note: You can make this sauce as complicated as you like with additional ingredients including capers, diced celery, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish and fresh herbs of your choosing.

Recipe

Combine ingredients in a small mixing bowl.  Serve.
