Mini Tarts with Goats Cheese and Triple Ale Onion Spread

These goats cheese and Triple Ale Onion Spread mini tarts are the easiest appetizer to prepare and they are incredibly delicious.  They take 5 minutes to prepare, 10 minutes to bake and are a beautiful addition to the holiday table. 

Ingredients:

Mini phyllo tartlets (I used Athen fillo (phyllo) mini tarts, found in the frozen pie crust section of grocery store)
Wozz! Triple Ale Onion Spread
Goats Cheese (I used Vermont Creamery)
Walnut pieces
Fresh Thyme

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Arrange mini tart shells on a baking sheet, fill with a small spoonful of goats cheese, top with a sprinkle of fresh thyme, add a small spoonful of triple ale onion spread, then top with a few pieces of chopped walnuts.  Sprinkle with a few additional thyme leaves.  

Bake in oven for 10 minutes.

Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh thyme leaves and serve.
