Lemon Thyme Vinaigrette
A vibrant lemon thyme vinaigrette made with Wozz! Lemon Thyme Vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard and seasoned with salt and pepper. Delicious over mixed greens with shaved parmesan and croutons, over a tuna nicoise salad or drizzled over an Italian mushroom and celery salad.
Lemon Thyme Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
3 Tbs Wozz! Lemon Thyme Vinegar
1/2 Fresh Lemon Squeezed
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp Salt
Pepper to taste
Recipe:
In a small bowl, whisk ingredients together. Drizzle over salad.
