Korean Raspberry Beef Bulgogi

Who doesn't love Korean BBQ?  and this recipe packs all those flavors in a dish that can be made in about 15 minutes at home.  Tender boneless ribeye steak, sliced thin, marinated in our Korean Raspberry Gochujang BBQ Sauce and quickly grilled until nice and caramelized.  For an easy weeknight meal, simply serve over rice with a side of steamed broccoli.   

Korean Raspberry Beef Bulgogi 


1.2 lb Boneless Ribeye Steak
1/2 Cup Wozz! Korean Raspberry Gochujang BBQ Sauce
Vegetable Oil 
Sliced Green Onion For Garnish
Sesame Seeds For Garnish
1/4 of Red Chili Chopped For Garnish


Slice ribeye steaks into 1/4 inch thin slices, slice the meat against the grain.

Transfer ribeye slices to medium bowl and toss with 1/2 cup Wozz! Korean Raspberry Gochujang BBQ Sauce.  Marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator.

Turn a large cast iron skillet onto medium high heat, add vegetable oil, once skillet is nice and hot, sear meat and toss with tongs as needed to turn meat.  Once caramelized and cooked through remove from skillet - takes just a few minutes.  Serve over rice and garnish with toasted sesame seeds, green onion and a little bit of chopped red chili if desired.
