Ginger Soy Infusion Sauce, Dressing and Marinade
Wozz! Ginger Soy Stir Fry Sauce and Marinade is one of our best selling sauces and is inspired by the Japanese dish Agedashi tofu. Agedashi is fried tofu in a light dashi broth seasoned with soy sauce and sweetened with mirin (a naturally sweet brewed rice wine). Using a handmade dashi stock as the base of this sauce, we then incorporate a sweet complex fusion of fresh hand chopped garlic and ginger, acid from rice wine vinegar, fresh lemon juice for added brightness and organic tamari which adds a deep umami and touch of saltiness. Finished with a sprinkle of sesame seeds, this sauce makes a wonderfully versatile Japanese stir fry sauce and dipping sauce for goyza, dumplings and potstickers, tuna tatiki, tempura, yakatori (Japanese chicken skewers), wontons and egg rolls.
With it's versatility, you can also use our Ginger Soy Sauce as a marinade for chicken and steak tips, as a dressing for grilled chicken salads and as a cooking or simmer sauce for chicken, vegetable, rice and noodle dishes. This Ginger Soy Sauce makes a delectable glaze over salmon, cod or pan seared scallops and can be used as an Asian wing sauce. Our authentic Ginger Soy Infusion makes a signature soy ginger sauce for dipping Japanese hibachi grilled steak and shrimp.
Wozz! Ginger Soy Infusion was named the NYC Fancy Food Show sofi™ Gold Winner for best in show! This handcrafted sweet and savory sauce is a best seller.
