Made with whole blueberries steeped in our own blend of spices and Balsamic, our Balsamic Blueberry Maple Vinegar displays a deep and rich blueberry flavor enhanced with the sweetness of pure Vermont maple syrup. A great summer salad dressing and a sweet and tangy finishing sauce perfect for chicken, pork, turkey, duck and venison. Reduce on the stove top to make a sweet fruity balsamic drizzle for meat, salad and fresh fruit.  

These wonderful vinegars go through two slow infusion stages, before final aging. The results being gourmet vinegars with a slightly thicker consistency, rich natural flavor, color and just enough sweetness to balance the acidity. A method that can not be rushed and is only achieved using whole fruit ingredients, patience and time. Always a favorite addition to any gourmet gift basket.

✤Simple Salad:
 Enjoy this vinegar over a salad of Baby English spinach, grilled chicken, sliced pear, green Beans, crumbled blue cheese and candied walnuts or pecans.

✤Sauce: Simply warm through. Great with BBQ chicken, roast pork and pork belly. Excellent with duck!

✤Thick Drizzle: Bring to a gentle simmer until the Balsamic Blueberry Maple Vinegar reduces down to half the amount (about 10 minutes).  The result is a thick balsamic style syrup to be used warm or cold, over pancakes, salad, meat, fruits and berries.
