Thai Turkey Burgers with Thai Orange Ginger Relish
Ingredients
Turkey Burger Ingredients - these make about 12 small patties which serves approximately 4 (if you serve 3 small turkey burgers on 1 pita)
1 lb Ground Turkey
1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Ginger powder
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Fish sauce
2 Tbsp Cilantro chopped
Pinch salt
Additional Ingredients
Wozz! Thai Orange Ginger Relish
Pita Bread
Cucumbers (thinly sliced)
Cilantro
Arugula
Mayo

In a mixing bowl combine turkey burger ingredients. Form turkey burgers into small burger patties - we made these the size of a large meatball flattened.
Get your grill hot. Brush turkey burgers with a little oil on each side. Grill on each side for approximately 3 minutes on each side until cooked through with grill marks on the outside (be careful not to overcook so your patties stay moist). *cooking times will vary based on size of your burgers and grill temperature.
Brush oil on your pita bread and grill 1 side for approximately 1 minute. We only like to grill 1 side of our pitas to keep them soft.
Arrange your burgers. Add mayo to grilled pita and top with turkey burgers, Wozz! Thai Orange Ginger Relish, arugula, cucumber and chopped fresh cilantro. Serve.
