Zingy and fresh, our North African Chermoula sauce is fantastic drizzled over couscous and warm lentil salads. A perfect marinade for fish and potato tagine and delicious simmered with chicken and rice. Try our chermoula drizzled over grilled lamb chops.

Moroccan Tomato Onion Relish and Simmer Sauce
An intensely flavored tomato onion simmer sauce bursting with the richness of cumin, fennel, ras el hanout, mustard seed and a little cracked pepper for spice. A fantastic cooking sauce for Moroccan chicken and rice, lamb ragu over pasta and makes a wonderful curry chicken served with a side of naan bread. Also delicious as a marinade for Moroccan meatballs or as a Moroccan pizza sauce or sandwich spread.

This Moroccan inspired chutney is a combination of dates and our handmade candied oranges simmered in a blend of aromatic spices. It's sweet, spiced and rich with hints of bright citrus pop.
