Moroccan Tomato Onion Relish and Simmer Sauce
An intensely flavored tomato onion simmer sauce bursting with the richness of cumin, fennel, ras el hanout, mustard seed and a little cracked pepper for spice. A fantastic cooking sauce for Moroccan chicken and rice, lamb ragu over pasta and makes a wonderful curry chicken served with a side of naan bread.
