• Sichuan (Szechuan) Chili Garlic Dan Dan Sauce:  This sauce is a combination of sesame tahini, our house made Sichuan garlic chili oil, Chinese black vinegar, organic tamari and aromatic spices.  It's the perfect savory spicy sauce to make the incredible and highly addictive Chinese street food known as Dan Dan Noodles.  Just add this sauce to your cooked noodles with some ground pork and sliced green onions and you are done!  and it's so so good.  You can also add this to your broth when making Asian inspired noodle soups such as Ramen and beef Pho.  It adds incredible aromatic flavor and a nice kick of spice.
  
  
  

• Vietnamese Mint Lime and Chili Sauce:  A bright sweet sour and mildly spicy sauce inspired by the traditional Vietnamese dipping sauce known as "nuoc cham".  This sauce is layered with fresh sweetened lime, mint, chili, organic green tea and fish sauce and is perfect for all your Asian style noodle salads - served either hot or cold.   Try it with crispy pork and vermicelli noodles as seen below.
