Moroccan Rice with Date, Candied Orange and Almonds

So easy and so good, our Sticky Date Candied Orange Chutney takes almost all the work out of this dish.  Simply make your rice according to package directions then toss through a few tablespoons of our Sticky Date Candied Orange Chutney along with some toasted almonds and fresh chopped parsley.  This dish makes an excellent side to roasted chicken thighs or chicken skewers and is also delicious with lamb.  

Moroccan Rice with Date, Candied Orange and Almonds

1 cup uncooked rice (we used long grain white rice but basmati or brown rice would be great as well) 
2 Tbsp toasted almonds rough chopped
1/4 cup Wozz! Sticky Date Candied Orange Chutney
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
Zest of 1/2 an orange

Moroccan Rice with Date, Candied Orange and Almonds Method

Cook the rice according to package directions.

Fold the cooked rice gently with other ingredients

Finish with orange zest over the top.  Serve.
