Raspberry Red Wine Vinegar
This bright tart raspberry vinegar is made by slow infusing summer raspberries in aged red wine vinegar. Drizzle this vinegar over a salad of mixed greens, fresh picked raspberries, gorgonzola and candied walnuts or add to to your everyday seltzer water for a healthy, refreshing thirst quencher. We love this vinegar drizzled on a summer watermelon, mint and feta salad on a hot summer's day.
Balsamic Blueberry and Maple Vinegar
Wild grown Maine blueberries are infused in balsamic vinegar of Modena with local maple syrup. This rich bold blueberry vinegar can be served either cold as a salad dressing or warm as a blueberry reduction sauce. Use to dress a summer grilled peach, greens and burrata salad or drizzle over a simple spinach berry salad with nuts and goats cheese.
Spiced Strawberry Rhubarb Vinegar
Fresh from the farm strawberries and garden rhubarb infused in apple cider vinegar with a medley of warm spices including cinnamon, bay leaf and clove.
