Introduction

A tangy dressing inspired by the traditional Vietnamese dipping sauce, nuoc cham.  Green Tea is infused with sweetened lime, chili, toasted sesame and the umami of fish sauce.  Great for all Asian style salads, as a dipping sauce for fried wontons and spring rolls or a light marinade for grilled seafood and chicken.

Dress:
Green Papaya salad with fresh mint and cucumber.
