Tomato Feta Salad with Spiced Beet Vinegar
Let's let mother nature do the talking for this salad. As we near September, the garden is in it's glory with heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce greens and basil. This late summer salad is farm to table at it's best and the added feta and our spiced beet vinegar finishes it off just perfectly.
Tomato Feta Salad with Spiced Beet Vinegar
Lettuce greens, mesclun mix (whatever greens you have - mix it up!)
Pickling Cucumbers
Fresh basil
Heirloom Tomatoes - both cherry tomatoes and regular
Feta Cheese
Wozz! Spiced Beet Vinegar
Olive Oil
Sunflower Seeds (raw, unsalted)
Salt & Cracked Pepper
Arrange your salad greens with your cucumbers, tomatoes. basil and feta. Drizzle a little olive oil over salad, drizzle with Wozz! Spiced Beet Vinegar, top with sunflower seeds and season with salt and cracked pepper.
Serve.
