Lamb Burgers with Beet Yogurt Sauce
Our Indian Spiced Beet Pickled Beet Relish makes a delicious accompaniment to burgers; beef or lamb. In Australia, it is tradition to put "beetroot" on a burger along with pineapple and a fried egg - kind of makes our American hamburgers look a bit under-rated. Our Indian Spiced Pickled Beet Relish simply mixed with Greek yogurt makes a Tzatziki style sauce that is so delicious spooned over lamb. You must try it. It's super easy and a good way to just have something different during the summer grilling season.
