Triple Ale Onion Jam Spread: This sticky sweet savory spread made of caramelized onions, roasted garlic and craft beer makes a stellar addition to both a cheese plate and charcuterie board. Delicious with aged cheddar, hard nutty cheeses such as manchego and aged gouda, goats cheese and a standout with blue cheese from stilton to gorgonzola to Roquefort.

Balsamic Fig Mostarda Spread: Our signature best selling cheese pairing condiment and winner of the NYC Fancy Food Show sofi™ Award. Figs are simmered in a balsamic reduction with fresh hand cut pears, red wine and a touch mustard oil spice. This fig spread works on any cheese plate and is delicious with a varieties of blues from gorgonzola to the brie blue blend, Cambozola. It pairs perfectly with a creamy goats cheese spread atop crusty bread crostini with prosciutto and is also a favorite with Jasper Cellar Harbison, a bloomy rind cheese. Wild Blueberry Maple Walnut Fruit Compote (with balsamic and rosemary):
Wild blueberries are steeped in a balsamic reduction with maple, toasted walnuts and fresh rosemary. This fruit compote has complexity from the balsamic, rosemary and toasted walnuts which makes it a lovely accompaniment to cheese. Pair our Wild Blueberry Maple Walnut Compote with aged goats cheese (Vermont Creamy Coupole is a favorite) and soft bloomy rind cheese including triple cream brie and camembert. It is also a wonderful pairing for blue cheese. I enjoy it with the famous brie blue blend, Cambozola. This savory blueberry jam also pairs beautifully with duck paté and terrines on a charcuterie board.

Sour Cherry Spiced Wine Fruit Compote: Holiday cheese plate anyone? Our Sour Cherry Spiced Wine Fruit Compote with it's gorgeous red cherries and winter spices makes a gorgeous addition to the holiday table! Serve atop a warm baked brie with pecans and fresh thyme or alongside an English stilton blue cheese or Irish Crozier (an Irish sheep milk blue that is fantastic). You can also serve this with goats cheese crostini and it makes a delicious addition to a dessert cheese board. Think soft ripened cheese or a creamy blue cheese, cherry spread and cocoa biscuits for a sophisticated after dinner dessert cheese plate.
