Our Top 15 Noodle Stir Fry Recipes

You had me at noodles. Seriously, from sweet to savory, served hot or cold, as a salad, soup, stir-fry or just sauced up and on their own, noodles are anything but ordinary.  While Italian pasta uses durum wheat, there is an insane variety of different starches used in Asian noodles and as a result, so much variety in the styles, textures, colors, and flavors.  And that's before we even add a sauce.  These are our favorite take-out worthy noodle stir fry recipes you simply must try.

1. Korean BBQ Beef and Noodle Stir Fry

A sticky shiny Korean glazed brown rice noodle stir-fry full of vegetables and Korean BBQ beef.  Soy sauce forward, but with the sweetness and spice from Gochujang you'd expect from a Korean noodle sauce.

2. Pad Thai-Style Noodles with Coconut Peanut Sauce

One of everyone's top three noodle dishes.  Not all peanut sauces are created equally.  You need a sauce bursting with lime to hit the high notes of a traditionally tamarind based sauce and our Cambodian Coconut Peanut Sauce delivers that distinct balance of flavors.

3. Vietnamese Pork Noodle Salad

I love the separation of ingredients in a Vietnamese salad using Vermicelli noodles with sides of sliced cucumber and carrots in each their own composed area of the bowl.  Sure you can mix it all together, but experiencing each ingredient alone with an extra side of our Vietnamese Mint Lime and Chili Dressing for dipping is delicious.  This Vietnamese Pork Noodle salad so light and fresh, just says summer.

Not really what I mean when I say noodles, but lets give the Italians a shout out anyway.  A wonderful pasta noodle dish full of slow stewed vegetables of the Mediterranean, garlic olives and capers. Nothing beats the depth of flavor in this slow braised short rib soup seasoned with our Sichuan Chili Garlic Dan Dan Sauce.  We used Japanese wheat noodles in this dish, but any noodles will work fabulously.  If you haven't planned ahead, you can totally make this using shaved beef and make it like a hot pot shabu shabu, cooking the beef in the spicy simmering broth.

Korean BBQ Gochujang Tofu Bowls with Vermicelli Noodles

Baked tofu gives bite and extra texture before glazed with our Korean Raspberry Gochugang BBQ Sauce.  With all the soy sauce, spice, and sesame you'd expect from a classic Korean BBQ sauce, but with the elevated tang of whole raspberries.  This recipe is served over a cold vermicelli noodle salad, but these glazed tofu bites are just as happy tossed through hot egg noodles, brown rice noodles or Hokkien noodles.
