While Italian pasta uses durum wheat, there is an insane variety of different starches used in Asian noodles and as a result, so much variety in the styles, textures, colors, and flavors. 1. Korean BBQ Beef and Noodle Stir Fry
A sticky shiny Korean glazed brown rice noodle stir-fry full of vegetables and Korean BBQ beef. Soy sauce forward, but with the sweetness and spice from Gochujang you'd expect from a Korean noodle sauce.
