11. Triple Ale Onion Jam Spread
A sweet and savory caramelized vegan onion jam with roasted garlic and a hoppy kick. Bruschetta Caponata Relish is a savory Sicilian eggplant and tomato relish with garlic, olives and capers. It makes a delicious vegetarian bruschetta appetizer – simply spread onto grilled rustic bread with a little drizzle of olive oil and pinch of salt and pepper. Fresh lemons are infused in cider vinegar with fresh fragrant thyme. Use as a dressing over simple salad greens, raw mushroom and celery salad, over sauteed green beans or whisk into a vinaigrette with olive oil and Dijon to dress a vegetarian kale, chickpea, roasted sweet potato and feta salad.
